After extensive appropriate training, the successful candidate will carry out condition surveys with full thermographic, energy assessment and follow up with a detailed report / specification for the client. You will also provide an oversight for a range of processes / strategies; from assessing projects for domestic refurbishment / modernisation, helping develop retrofit plans. It will also include managing and monitoring other technical and project-related requirements introduced by the new PAS 2035 framework where appropriate.
