We take PCA logo abuse seriously…

For companies/individuals who are displaying the PCA logo but are not authorised to do so, their details will be passed on to Trading Standards and, in appropriate cases, legal action will be taken.

In the last such case, the High Court upheld the PCA/BWPDA’s legal rights and granted an injunction against the Defendants who were also ordered to pay a substantial sum in legal costs.
