The Role:
The role is complex and the successful candidate, if not already familiar with the retrofit market will be required to participate in additional training to bring you up to speed with the latest legislation. The candidate must also show and prove past successes and ability to carry out the planning/buying role within the construction industry.
A sound knowledge of construction is essential and any experience with the retrofit/surveying world would be an advantage.....
The successful candidate will have:
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Etc
• Ability to work alone and in a small, growing, committed, career driven team
• To demonstrate and have a keen eye for detail and the true ability to follow through with tasks
• Experience working with / alongside all professions in the domestic building world
• To be able to demonstrate that you can work to tight schedules, sales driven and at the same time remain professional
• Methodical and extremely well organised
